Oscar-winning actor Javier Bardem called out world leaders U.S. President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel for “male toxic behavior that is creating thousands of dead people,” during his appearance at the Cannes Film Festival, Sunday.
