Every morning at 8 am Brussels time, you can join Euronews’ chief anchor Méabh McMahon and our EU editor Maria Tadeo, who will bring you up to speed on the major news events of the day in our new daily show “Europe Today”.

Broadcasting live from Brussels, our new format will bring you the day’s key events plus crucial analysis of all the stories shaping the EU and beyond.

“Europe Today” is an original broadcast in English with real-time translated subtitles in 11 other languages and of course is only available on Euronews!

Talking Europe

Our refreshed, now 20-minute-long interview format “The Europe Conversation” kicked off its new season very strongly with interviews with the likes of Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.

Hosted by Euronews’ political editor Stefan Grobe, “The Europe Conversation” is available on TV, on YouTube and as a podcast.

The most important excerpts from the conversation are published on euronews.com and on all of our social media channels.

This makes “The Europe Conversation” the most far-reaching talk format regularly addressing Europe’s key issues.

Long-form interviews

The brand new interview format “12 minutes with…” has also debuted on Euronews, bringing you unfiltered conversations with some of Europe’s most influential figures.

The show, hosted by Mared Gwyn Jones, puts sharp questions about the issues that matter to Europeans to those in power, including politicians, leaders of international institutions, economists and more.

You can watch “12 minutes with” on Euronews and YouTube, or listen (in English) wherever you get your podcasts.

The gloves are off

This season also saw Euronews launch the new debate format “The Ring”, hosted alternately by Méabh McMahon and Maria Tadeo.

It is produced every week in Brussels, Strasbourg or a selected European capital and examines an important topic from two very different perspectives:

For or Against?

Pro or Contra?

Yes or No?

This gives our viewers the opportunity to form their own opinion. Our guests are usually Members of the European Parliament and these debates are often very heated!

We broadcast “The Ring” every Wednesday at 8:30 pm Brussels time and the programme is repeated five times from Thursday to Friday in primetime slots and every two hours across the weekend.

Change of pace

Need a break from the news cycle? Craving good news for a change? Then tune into “Made in Europe”!

Euronews’ new reporting programme showcases big success stories from all over Europe, whether from the business world, citizen-led projects or public initiatives – all with a big impact on Europeans and beyond.

Because Europe is a continent where ideas, innovation and people thrive. Because our union of states shares great values: freedom, democracy and equality.

“Made in Europe” airs every Friday at 8:30 pm.
