Zoran Milanović was inaugurated as Croatia’s President for a second term on Tuesday in Zagreb.
The inauguration ceremony began with the Croatian national anthem, followed by Milanović taking the presidential oath, promising to serve the nation with devotion. In his address, he emphasised Croatia’s national security, economic challenges and the importance of independent institutions.
He also reaffirmed Croatia’s duty to support Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Milanović called for more investments in domestic industry and warned against excessive military spending. The event featured musical performances, with former presidents and military leaders in attendance.
