The traditional flower naval battle in Villefranche-sur-Mer kicked off with over 29 boats participating in the event, a tradition dating back to 1902.

Generations of locals, including Amber and her sister, prepared their boats with carnations and mimosa. The parade began at 2pm, and was followed by a second round where flowers were tossed towards the spectators.

Isabelle, participating for the fourth time, was part of a team that distributed over a ton of mimosa and 60,000 carnations, leaving the audience delighted with their floral gifts.
