Tomi Huhtanen, Executive Director of the Wilfried Martens Centre, believes the EU should be “involved” in the peace deal. Huhtanen said the bloc needed to be “in the same group chat” when discussing potential contacts with Russia, arguing that coordination among European countries “has not worked”.
