Seyed Hossein Mousavian, former spokesman for Iran’s nuclear negotiation team, tells Euronews he believes Tehran will allow the IAEA access to its nuclear sites as part of negotiations with the US, despite some Iranian officials saying access could only be granted after a final deal has been struck.
