Thousands of feline enthusiasts gathered at the CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre in Mumbai for Cat Expo India on Saturday.
Visitors photographed cats, fed them treats and browsed stalls featuring pet food, accessories, grooming products and veterinary services.
Cats of different breeds, including Persian cats, were displayed in carriers and cages as owners interacted with crowds.
Some attendees brought their own pets to the event, while others explored advice on cat nutrition and care.
Organisers said the expo aimed to bring together India’s growing community of cat owners and pet brands.
