Firefighters and police were called to Highfield Road in Golders Green at around 01:40 GMT after four Hatzola ambulances were found on fire.
Footage from the scene shows several suspects approaching one of the vehicles before it is engulfed in flames, while another video captures a large blaze and an explosion.
Images show emergency crews securing the area as investigations began.
Authorities said the incident is being treated as suspected arson and a possible antisemitic hate crime.
