Nestled in the hillside village of Uçhisar, the newly opened property overlooks the region’s extraordinary landscapes.
On offer are 125 guest rooms and suites. The property also features 28 private villas, with all stays designed to blend seamlessly with the surroundings.
A nod to Cappadocia’s Roman heritage, the hotel takes its name Fortuna from the mythological goddess of luck and good fortune.

Dining and wellness
After a day of exploring Uçhisar and the surrounding valleys, guests can return to the hotel’s collection of dining and social concepts.
Fortuna Table offers all-day dining inspired by the flavours of Cappadocia, while the Fortuna Terrace welcomes guests from the afternoon through to the evening, with Mediterranean offerings against a rooftop view.
Other venues include Le Dome, the Lobby Lounge, Le Privé and Grand Cabaret, where the latter plates vibrant dinners, served with a side of live performances on stage by renowned artists on select nights.
When it’s time to trade exploration and dining for wellness, Fortuna’s Spa & Wellness Centre offers a retreat with an indoor swimming pool, traditional Turkish hammam and treatment rooms which offer personalised therapies and holistic wellness experiences.
