Fans of Shakira will be able to enjoy from anywhere in the world one of the concerts the Colombian singer is giving in Madrid. The artist and Amazon Music will broadcast live on Saturday 3 October one of the performances from her residency in the Spanish capital.

The show will start at 20:45 (CEST) and can be followed via Amazon Music, Prime Video, the Amazon Music app for Fire TV and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch. To access the broadcast, no subscription will be required.

The transmission will also mark a milestone in the Colombian star’s career: it will be the first time that one of her full concerts is streamed live worldwide. The event will be available to watch for 24 hours after the broadcast, according to information published on Prime Video.

The concert is part of the Madrid leg of the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, the tour with which Shakira has travelled through different countries and which is now entering its final stretch. Since September, the singer has had a European residency in Madrid linked to ES Latina.

The livestream is also part of Las Mujeres que Impulsan la Música Latina, an Amazon Music initiative that this year focusses on the women artists who have helped drive the development and international projection of Latin music.

The collaboration between Shakira and Amazon Music goes beyond the concert itself. Among the measures announced is Las Mujeres Facturan con Amazon Music, designed to give visibility to women-led businesses, with particular attention to Latin brands. A free training initiative in artificial intelligence and cloud computing has also been launched together with AWS, the Barefoot Foundation and Laboratoria, with the stated aim of reaching one million women by 2028.

The alliance also includes new music content related to the artist, among them a version of Dai Dai Spanish Remix produced by RVSSIAN and a special vinyl edition of ‘Laundry Service’ to mark the 25th anniversary of the album.

The 3 October show will thus allow those unable to attend the Madrid concerts in person to follow the entire performance live from home. The broadcast will start at 20:45 in mainland Spain.
