‘GobizKorea’, an online export platform operated by the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME), announced that it provides the ‘Visitor Assistance Program (VAP)’ to help overseas buyers visiting Korea communicate smoothly with outstanding domestic SMEs and successfully conclude business contracts.
Establishing business partnerships in a new country is often challenging due to language barriers and differences in trade practices. GobizKorea’s VAP is a solution designed to address these challengesfor global buyers.
By utilizing VAP, a trade expert from GobizKorea personally accompanies overseas buyers to the meeting site when they visit a Korean partner company. On-site, close communication services are provided, including – professional English interpretation support, -accurate introduction of the companies, facilities, and processes (factory tour) between the two parties, and -coordination and support for trade negotiations.
In particular, even after the meeting ends, full support is provided for thorough follow-up management, such as reviewing trade contract details and export agreements to ensure a successful final agreement. Except for the buyer’s travel expenses (airfare, accommodation, etc.), all VAP trade and interpretation support services are provided completely free of charge.
