Herders in the West Bank use donkeys to carry milk churns through an earthen trench before loading them onto a vehicle.
The journey takes place at night, with farmers helping the animals over the steep earthworks.
According to a farmer, access to the area has been restricted, making it difficult to transport milk and reach grazing land. He says there are no roads and that the trench has cut off their usual route, limiting the movement of people and vehicles.
The milk is eventually transferred to a truck, which leaves along a rough track.
They work at night because they fear being stopped or arrested if they enter the area during the day.
